I really enjoyed the community spirit in this hostel, it´s one of the best I had in New Zealand. It´s perfect for solo travelers to make friends because the kitchen is close to the balcony and living area therefore it´s easy to start a chat. Location is very central. In summer you can just cross the street and jump into the water.

Beautiful place in the waterfront of Tauranga. Receptionist and cleaning staff are very nice and open with everyone. The terrace is amazing to watch the sunrise! Around the hostel is full of restaurants and pubs. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here!
